Sugartime Trio is a dynamic female jazz/pop trio that uses tightly synchronized solid swing 3-part harmony, covering tunes from the 1930's to present day.
Caitlin, Kim and Meg are seasoned theatrical professionals with a truly rare vocal blend and immaculate timing. Their arrangements highlight a dynamite combination of vocals and personalities, showcasing 3-part swing, as well as breathtaking ballads .

Caitlin Frances has been singing on stage, in the studio, in choirs and in musical theater since her mother first pulled her on stage in Ashland Oregon at the age of 5 to sing with the band. She can be found on Spotify singing on the World Premiere of Persuasion the Musical and singing backups for David Duvall & Christine Deaver on many of their recordings. Caitlin is a SAGAFTRA actor and can be heard in many of the Radio Dramas recorded with Imagination Theater. In fact, Caitlin portrays the lead role, Detective Dena Rising, in the radio series Phoenix Rising. As an Actress Caitlin has worked in the Greater Seattle Area with Live Girls!, Macha Theater Works,The Village Theatre, Sound Theatre Company, Balagan Theatre, Taproot Theatre, Seattle Musical Theatre, Arts West, SecondStory Repertory Theatre, Centerstage Theatre, Harlequin Productions, Seattle Public Theatre and many others over the years.
Meg McLynn brings the low notes to Sugartime Trio. As a vocalist, she sings the songbooks of Patsy Cline, Judy Garland, and Carly Simon with Purple Phoenix Productions, and she has been a National Anthem singer for the Seattle Seahawks. She is a member of Blue Plate Special, an a cappella trio with a repertoire spanning the 1920’s to 1960’s. Meg is also a stage and film actor, and has toured North America with Girls Night: The Musical, as well as being seen regionally with Classic Stage Company, HERE Arts Center, Huntington Theater, Idaho Shakespeare Company, Book-It Rep, Seattle Opera, and Seattle Symphony. Films include 7 Minutes, Different Drummers, and the award-winning shorts, One Step Too Far and The Cost of Things. Meg teaches Voice & Speech at Cornish College of the Arts and is a core faculty member at Seattle’s Freehold Theatre Lab. She is also a vocal coach with Jack Straw Studios. BFA: Emerson College. Kim Maguire is a classically trained musical theatre artist, bringing this training to her love for jazz, The Great American Songbook, and beyond. A 2017 Seattle/Kobe Female Jazz Vocalist finalist, Kim has performed on many U.S stages including Houston Grand Opera, Theatre Under the Stars in Houston, Fifth Ave. Theatre in Seattle, Benaroya Hall, Village Theatre and SecondStory Repertory among others. Notable jazz clubs include Tula's, Egan's Jamhouse in Ballard, North City Bistro, Boxleys (RIP), The Musicquarium at The Triple Door and Trocaderos Nightclub in New York (RIP). As well as free-lancing with some of Seattle's finest musicians, Kim is also the vocalist half of "Maguire & Peters". Kim and Ron Peters (guitar) specialize in creating unique jazz arrangements, from dynamic to intimate. Her CD, "A Night In June" can be found on iTunes, Amazon and CD Baby.
